Who says bathrooms can’t be both functional and fun? This bathroom needed some SERIOUS work. After purchasing this home I discovered almost no storage, a terribly DIYd vanity, faulty plumbing and no junction box (hello, fire risk!). First up was adding storage every inch possible - creating an inset shelf next to the vanity for easy access, tripling vanity storage, and adding a large yet slim cabinet over the toilet which took this from scary to functional, with room to spare! I then redid the plumbing and installed safe electrical junction boxes.

Since this bathroom doesn’t have a window to provide natural light, I installed a large frameless LED mirror, which provides ample vision and secondary lighting. In order to make the bathroom appear larger, I installed ceiling mount curtain tracks with long linen drapes, creating a luxury appearance. Then the fun part - wallpaper! I wallpapered every inch to give that wow factor, caulking all seams to ensure waterproof and prevent mould. To finish it off I wanted a fun pet piece in the bathroom, so ChatGPT came to the rescue to add a spa towel to my loving cats head.
